Endurance Isn’t Optional (Especially at 5k/Month)

If you run a creative or service-based business, you already know:
this path is not for the weak.

I wish I could tell you it’s easy.
That all it takes is the right offer, a few posts, and suddenly you’re making $20k months.
But I’m not here to tell you lies.

You need clarity, yes — on your offers, your people, your systems.
But more than that, you need endurance.

The kind that shows up when business feels boring.
The kind that sticks around when things get messy.
The kind that keeps moving when everything feels uncertain.

That’s why I stand for hard physical work.
Movement has trained me to lead, last, and stay grounded through every high and low.

I’ve done some wild things:
A 3-day race across Florida with little to no sleep.
A 24-hour endurance event that tested every ounce of grit and leadership I had.

But truthfully, it’s not the big moments that built me.
It’s the daily work.
The walk. The lift. The run.

Those quiet, consistent choices are what keep me steady through the chaos of business and life.

So here’s your second action for the week:
🏃‍♀️ Run or jog 1 mile.

Even if you say:
“Ashley, I don’t run.”
“I haven’t run in years.”
“I’ve never run.”

Try anyway.
Run 20 seconds. Walk 3 minutes.
Repeat until you’re done.

Because what that mile teaches you — about breath, belief, and refusing to quit — is exactly what will carry your business through the hard stuff.

You can’t learn endurance in a strategy session.
You learn it by moving through resistance.

See you on the run.
Big running love,
Ash
