3 Things I Am Doing in 2026
I am not interested in reinventing myself this year.
I am interested in returning to myself.
So instead of goals that demand pressure, here are three choices I am making on purpose in 2026.
1. Daily Threes Instead of Endless To Do Lists
Three simple things each day.
That is it.
Small wins compound faster than burnout. Lifting weights is back at the top of the list, and I cannot wait to rebuild that rhythm in my home gym.
2. More Fun Without Earning It First
Joy is not a reward.
It is a practice.
As Edith Wharton said, be happy in small ways. I am choosing more laughter, lighter moments, and presence without justification.
3. Community That Feeds the Soul
I want tables filled with women talking about leadership, communication, and life.
Real conversations. Good food. No performing.
So I am building that space.
These choices are not about fixing anything.
They are about honoring what already fits.
